The blade spikes are typically made from hot-dip galvanized steel plates, which are stamped into pointed strips. Then, by machine extrusion, steel wires are wrapped around the strip, and finally, they are wound onto wire coils as required. The blade spikes can be secured using clips, and can be used immediately upon opening in the customer’s hands. Using hot-dip galvanized steel plates ensures no rusting over time; some government agencies or wealthy individuals also choose to use stainless steel plates. With advanced technology today, people have also invented electrophoretic painting, allowing various colors on the surface not only to prevent rust but also to make it more attractive.

The diameter of the blade rope can be adjusted between 30 cm and 120 cm depending on the application. The larger the diameter, the more space it occupies, making it harder to overcome, and naturally, the higher the cost. According to the fastening rules, the blade rope can be made in cylindrical or flat form. Currently, it can also be formed into a net sheet that can be used directly as a wall. It makes it impossible for people to climb or push forward, causing others to stay at a distance.
