Product Description:
To make handcrafted milk foam with a milk frothing device.
1. Pour the milk into the milk foam maker, making sure the amount does not exceed half of the foam maker, or the milk will overflow when making foam due to expansion.
2. Heat the milk to about 60 degrees, but do not exceed 70 degrees, or the structure of the milk protein will be destroyed. Note! The lid and the filter cannot be heated directly. (If making ice milk foam, cool the milk to below 5 degrees. Of course, do not let the milk freeze completely.)
3. Cover the lid with the strainer, quickly stir the strainer to press air into the milk, and do not need to press to the bottom when stirring, because the purpose is to press air into the milk, so just move on the surface of the milk; the number of times does not need to be too much, gently stir about thirty times.
4. Remove the lid and the filter, use a spoon to scrape off the surface of the coarse foam, and the remaining is the dense hot (ice) milk foam.
Two, the way of latte art:
1. Prepare an Espresso by directly pouring it into the desired cup. Next, make the milk foam. After completing the process, if there are coarse foam on the surface, please remove it.
2. Gradually pour the foam into the freshly prepared Espresso. When the foam and Espresso are fully mixed, the surface will appear thick, and this is the time to start the latte art (usually at this point, the cup is half full).
3. The initial action of creating a latte art pattern is to sway the wrist holding the latte art cup, ensuring that the wrist moves smoothly and horizontally back and forth. Please note, this movement should solely utilize the strength of the wrist, and not the entire arm. When the swaying is done correctly, white "Z"-shaped foam traces will begin to appear in the cup.
4. Gradually move the flower pattern cup backward, and reduce the amplitude of the shaking. When collecting the cup, pull out a thin straight line forward, drawing the stem of the leaves in the cup as the end.
