However, in the logistics and transportation industry, there are sometimes unavoidable instances of rough handling, even if the packaging is excellent, it is difficult to guarantee there will be no damage. Additionally, before warehouse dispatch, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection of the goods to try to identify and remove any defects or inferior products that are readily apparent.

Cargo for car shipping:

Due to the inherent realities of the situation, sometimes a small amount of damage (within 3% to 5%) to the goods is considered normal wear and tear, and you are requested to bear it yourself. In cases of significant damage caused by forces beyond our control (such as natural disasters) or accidental incidents (e.g., car accidents), we ask that you consult with us to jointly seek compensation from the car shipping company. Both parties, as buyers and sellers, should share the responsibility, and our store will assume the seller's corresponding responsibility. Damage in other general circumstances is the responsibility of the car shipping department.
