Express Delivery:
Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, and the delivery time may be affected by distance, weather, and other uncertain factors.
Return and Exchange Process:
If there are any quality issues or mistakes in the delivery, you can contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and we will handle it in time;
1. Please contact the seller on Alipay first to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met (it is recommended that you take photos of the received goods for your records).
2. Return the goods and keep the delivery receipt, and the postage must be paid by the buyer in advance (the seller refuses to accept the freight collect items).
In order to ensure the smooth processing of your return/exchange, please ensure that the order number and contact information are included with the parcel.
Return and Exchange Fee Policy:

2. The seller will inspect the goods within 3 working days after receiving them and handle the return, exchange, and postage issues.
3. If you are not satisfied with the product or do not like it, you can exchange or return it without using it, provided that it does not affect the second-hand sales. The shipping fee is at your own expense.
