After receiving the sample fee, our company will arrange the sample production and shipment as soon as possible, and the shipping fee will be charged to the recipient. After the order is placed, the sample fee will be deducted from the total payment, but the shipping fee will not be deducted. We hope you understand.

About LOGO customization

For customers who require custom LOGO or other specifications, please contact our customer service to finalize the LOGO and advertising content. Customization methods include screen printing, laser marking, thermal transfer, and 3D printing. The costs vary depending on the method, and for detailed information, please consult the customer service. Since products with a custom LOGO cannot be resold, it is essential to confirm the sample with the customer before mass production. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or returns allowed due to non-quality issues.
