Minor scratches and paint chipping on toys are considered normal and do not constitute a quality issue. If a return is required due to a defect, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. By placing an order, you agree to our return policy.
Quality Problem Product Handling Method:
1. If the problem is due to quality, you can return the goods with a value of 200 yuan or more, and the shipping fee will be borne by us, the sellers. If the value cannot be accumulated to 200 yuan or more and the goods need to be returned, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
2. If the quality problem causes a functional shortage, and if replacement parts are needed, they will not be arranged separately. They must be ordered for the next shipment or the customer must bear the freight costs themselves.
About Warranty:
We generally do not provide warranty for toys. If there is a need for repair, we do not charge for repair services, but only for the cost of parts and shipping.

Default shipping method is by Best Express. If you need to send by SF Express or China Post Air Mail, please contact our customer service for the relevant shipping cost. All shipments without prior communication will be sent using the default shipping method.
About the receipt:
