Section Two: About Shipping
Unified logistics, if you order on the same day, please expect the next day for shipping. In normal circumstances, we will ship within 48 hours. We will select the logistics based on your delivery area. If you have special specified logistics, please contact our customer service. Additionally, for orders over 800 yuan in Yiwu area, we offer home delivery.
Section Three: Logistics
We default to sending parcels by STO Express (http://www.sto.cn/) and Huitong Express. Large items can be sent by logistics. If you need to specify a logistics or courier service, please contact our customer service! Logistics requires self-collection, and the fees of various logistics companies vary. We cannot estimate accurately, so we do not make any estimates and will not bear any costs in logistics. We strongly recommend that customers find dedicated logistics companies from Yiwu to the recipient's location. Yiwu is a developed logistics center. We hope that customers can provide as many satisfied logistics companies as possible. We are not in the logistics industry, and we do not understand the hidden rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics matters is only for reference, and we will not assume any "accidents" caused by logistics.

Section 4: About the Return and Exchange of Goods
1. Within 15 days after receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if there are unsold goods, we will give you a refund. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the goods, and please fill out the after-sales service form. Also, please include a detailed list of the returned goods to facilitate tracking and timely processing of your return.
2. Returned goods must be in perfect packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box) to ensure that the packaging has not been opened, has not been used, and does not affect resale (otherwise, we will not exchange or refund).
3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee it completely. If the color or style does not match, we will not bear the freight costs.
4. Due to the long time for return and exchange services provided by us, we regret that we are unable to offer a return or exchange for products that have been discontinued by our company.
5. If there are no quality issues with the returned goods, we will refund at a 7.5 discount. If the goods received by us are severely damaged, we will provide product images to the customer. The degree of use of the received products will be negotiated with the after-sales service to handle. The payment will be returned to you in Alipay or to the prepaid deposit.
Due to the freight differences for regions including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, if a customer needs to return or exchange an item, please contact our after-sales customer service first for assistance. Both parties can then negotiate a solution.
