Ordering Instructions: All individual products from our company must be purchased in full cases. The number of items per case is indicated on the product detail page. For example, if a oil pot is packaged in a case of 36, the minimum number you need to purchase is 36. The packaging quantity for products with different specifications is not the same. When you purchase different sized products, you must purchase according to the packaging quantity described on the page, or the multiple of the packaging quantity. All products must be purchased in minimum quantities of 1 piece, and the minimum order quantity is 4 cases per time. We support mixed batches. About the products: All products are subject to strict inspection before leaving the factory. Regular products are mixed-color packaged, and some products are single-color packaged. Can I exchange or return the product: Our factory does not currently support exchange or return services. We send the returned goods directly to the scrap recycling plant to ensure that the products we send out are all new.

About shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM usually ship the same day, at the latest the next day. If there are stock shortages, we will contact customers immediately. For urgent orders or those with specific delivery deadlines, please inform us in advance. Transportation times may occasionally be extended due to weather or other reasons, which is considered normal. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know in advance to avoid any delays.

Transportation method and freight: We usually use ordinary logistics to ship the goods. The buyer needs to pick up the goods at the logistics and pay the freight to the logistics themselves. If you need to use other transportation methods, please inform the online business.

Transportation Damage Issue: In order to save the customer's transportation cost, we always choose to send by ordinary logistics. However, ordinary logistics do not provide compensation for transportation damage. Some large domestic logistics companies have compensation clauses, but the freight cost is twice or three times that of ordinary logistics. We do not recommend sending large logistics. Some products are after all fragile, and if there are any damaged products during transportation, they can be returned. For glass products, a 70% discount on the refund is available, and for pure plastic products, a 90% discount on the refund is available. However, the return freight cost needs to be borne by the buyer. The products we return can only be recycled at a discount of 3-4, and if there is any damage, we need to share the cost equally. Therefore, when we ship, we will also remind the logistics to handle with caution.

Payment method: customers with Alipay can directly make payments after shooting, and those without Alipay can only make bank transfers to ship the goods.

After-sales service: General logistics usually does not provide real-time tracking information. If the goods have not arrived after a certain period of time, please contact us immediately, and we will contact the freight transportation in real time as soon as possible.
