【关于发货】
After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods will generally be arranged for shipment within 3 days. If there are any special reasons that cause the delay in shipping, we will contact the buyer in time to handle the situation. We appreciate your understanding and gratitude.

【关于物流】
Cargo freight is usually collected upon arrival, and the goods must be picked up at the cargo station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or we can help you choose a more suitable one. (Note: we can only estimate the freight for the goods on our side, and the actual freight is based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the cargo station is beyond our control. Please understand, thank you!)

【关于收货】
If there are any stock shortages, please leave us a message within 24 hours after signing for the goods. We will help you verify the situation as soon as possible. If there are any damage to the packaging, missing or damaged goods, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.

【关于退换货】
The quality issue of the product itself leads to the loss of its intended functions, and we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most problems can be solved by simple methods such as replacing the air cylinder, magazine, bolt... etc., and selling toys requires the ability to repair toys).
For reasons such as poor sales or not as good as expected, which are not due to quality issues of the product itself, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
If the product and packaging are in good condition, the return discount will be based on the length of time, with the buyer bearing all shipping costs. For returns within 7 days, there will be an 80% discount, and for returns after 7 days, there will be a 70% discount.

【关于售后】
Please contact our after-sales service within 10 days after receiving the goods (time of receipt is the time standard), if there are any product problems. If there is no feedback on any after-sales problem beyond the deadline, we will not accept it. Please accumulate the quality problem products and return them with ordinary logistics. The return freight is borne by the buyer. Please contact our customer service first to register and handle the quality problem. If the accumulated products have not been registered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
