Reminder:
1. Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity for each product is 500 pieces. If the customer's order quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, please communicate with the sales representative for specific details.
2. Quote: The price usually includes tax and freight.
3. Prototype: All styles can be made based on the physical sample or images provided by the customer. You can choose the fabric material according to your requirements to control the unit cost of the product. If you need to make a mold or a printing screen, please confirm the required prototype cost with the sales representative before the prototype is made. Once the prototype is confirmed to be OK, it will be sent back for signature, so that materials can be ordered and the bulk production can be produced according to the sample.
4. LOGO: The company logo, text, and patterns can be printed on the product as per your requirements.
5. Order Contract: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO manufacturing process, and delivery time, and then sign an order contract. All matters are subject to the provisions of the contract.
6. Production time: The production time for stock fabrics is generally about 30 days. If the order is very urgent, it can be arranged to be produced at the priority based on the workshop's production schedule, and we will try to deliver the goods earlier. For special materials and colors, the ordering time will be added by 10~20 days. The length of the production period depends on the quantity of the order.
7. Packing: Each package is individually wrapped in an OPP bag (transparent plastic bag), and customers with special packaging requirements are requested to communicate before placing the order or to specify in the contract. The outer boxes are made of high-quality and durable cardboard boxes to prevent damage to the products during transportation.
Payment terms: A 30% deposit is required upon placing the order. You can come to our factory to inspect the goods before delivery or send a large sample to your company to confirm the quality. After confirming that everything is OK, you will pay the remaining 70% and we will arrange for the shipment.
9. Transportation: The transportation can be arranged to the destination according to the customer's requirements. Please indicate the payment method for freight on the order form or communicate well before placing the order.
