Section 2: About Color Difference

3. Freight Issues

Small quantities can be sent by courier.If the quantity is large, we can send it by logistics or courier. The cost of logistics or courier will be borne by the buyer.The seller will not bear any costs. (Note: The freight of the goods, we can only estimate for the buyer, and the actual freight is the main amount when the goods are picked up. The shipping time is within our control, but the arrival time of the freight station is beyond our control, please understand!)

Section 4: About Shipping
This factory mainly exports to the foreign trade market. Due to the rapid shipment of toy products, there are often stockouts, especially during the peak season for online sales, which increases toy sales. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not be available after placing them, so it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early shipment as much as possible. We will try to deliver goods on the same day if they are available, and we will arrange to match goods within three days for those that are not available. Please understand and forgive us! The solution to the stockout problem: First, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the stockout reason and obtain their consent to replace styles or colors, etc.

5. Receipt Instructions
1. When buyers pick up their goods from the logistics company, they should inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and tampered with, please open and count the goods in front of the logistics company to resolve any discrepancies. If the problem cannot be resolved, please do not take the goods until you contact us at the freight station for consultation. Otherwise, signing the receipt will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. Buyers who send express deliveries are requested to sign for the parcel when they receive it, and to check it in person to ensure that it is correct. Please especially when the outer packaging is damaged, make sure to check whether there are any missing items or damage to the products before signing. If you find: incorrect quantity, damaged goods, please do not sign immediately and seal it back in its original condition, and contact us in front of the courier. Six. After-sales Service

We do not accept returns in principle. If you need to return, we will deduct 30% of the purchase price.Products with quality issues can be exchanged for consultation (most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, connecting the wire head... etc., toy sellers should know how to repair toys), but the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. The exchanged products must ensure that they do not affect secondary sales. After receiving the returned products, we will send the exchanged products together with the next time the customer places an order. We cannot accept the situation of sending together at the time of the next shipment. The freight costs are at the expense of the customer! 2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we can solve these problems within our capabilities, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.
