 1. Do not try to zip up a bag that is too full. You need to first use your feet to hold the bag together before zipping it. It is recommended to only fill the bag to 80% of its capacity!

Pulling the bag's opening and zipper with force might cause the stitching to come undone.

2. If the bag is loaded with something, you need to hold both handles when moving the bag. Do not take shortcuts by pulling the bag!

When carrying a bag, you should not lift it with one rope, but with both ropes at the same time.

(The rope is designed with a bottom support to bear weight and not break, but if you only hold one end, it will break!)

5. Items with sharp corners and fragile items are not allowed.

A sharp or hard object subjected to compression can pierce the bag.

                                                      Placing an order will be considered as agreeing to the following terms and conditions.                            

(1) The amount is over 150 yuan, and the quantity is unlimited; each product is ordered according to the minimum order quantity on the Internet.

(2) Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will make every effort to notify you by phone if there are any stockouts. Since the profit margin on the products is low, for any stockouts after receipt, we will apply for a refund based on the missing products noted in the shipping list. We will not send replacements in any case.

(3) When mixing batches, there may be missing shipments. If you find that the quantity of goods received is less than the ordered quantity, please contact us immediately. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. If the deadline is exceeded, we will not process it. After confirmation, we will make up for the unpaid shipments as soon as possible.

(4) If there are no quality problems with the products received, they cannot be returned. We will bear the return freight for quality issues. For all exchange orders, you must bear the freight costs yourself.

Please note in the order message if there is a shortage and write "Please notify me if there is a shortage!"!

(6) Regarding Express Delivery: If there is no special note, we will send the default express delivery. If it cannot be delivered, please contact the customer to send other express delivery. If you need to send other express delivery, you need to make up the difference.
