Due to the multiple custom processes, the production cycle generally takes 5~7 days. Ceramic cups are handmade products, and it is inevitable to leave traces of the production process. Slight sanding, black spots, and burst flowers are normal phenomena, which comply with national standards. Perfectionist buyers please be cautious when shooting. Customized products do not accept returns and exchanges, so customers who need it should place an order in advance. For the charging regulations, please contact the customer service.

• 2、Shipping Instructions

  After payment, the goods will be shipped within 1~3 days, if there are stock available, they will be shipped on the same day. If there is no stock, it will take a certain period of time for product production and packaging, and the goods will generally be shipped within three days. We hope you can understand.

• 3. About Logistics

  Due to the particularity of ceramic and glass products, there are various packaging methods, so all quotes do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will be independently settled by you and the logistics and courier companies you specify after the shipment. Our company does not participate in the settlement to avoid disputes over shipping fees in online shopping, where the sheep pays the wool. When placing an order, you only need to write 0 in the shipping fee column.
