3. The price is reasonable. We can provide you with vector files of logos in high-definition formats such as AI, CDR, or PSD. We can also provide you with simple rendering effects for your reference.

4. Confirm the accuracy, arrange the production of the bulk goods, and the general production cycle is 10-12 days. Please inform us in advance if there are any special requirements.

About the LOGO plate fee:

☆ Based on the color of the logo, the corresponding plate-making fee will be charged. One color is 100 yuan, two colors are 150 yuan, three colors are 200 yuan, and so on.

Before purchasing ceramic cups, customers should be aware of the following:

1. Ceramic products are handmade, and it is impossible for each one to be exactly the same. There will be slight variations in size, weight, capacity, and the location of the logo. Additionally, there may be small pinholes, bubbles, and minor color differences. All of these are within the acceptable range of national standards.

2. To avoid unnecessary disputes between both parties, we decline to serve guests who pursue absolute perfection and precision!

3. Product shipping is defaulted to logistics delivery, and the freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. Buyers need to pick up the goods at the freight department. If there are any special requirements, please inform us in advance!

4. We can provide invoices, and there will be an additional tax point for invoices. Please consult the customer service for more details!
