About the shipping process

After the customer places an order, our company's corresponding customer service prints out a product list and hands it over to the warehouse manager. The warehouse manager then checks the inventory in the warehouse against the list to pick up the goods. These are then handed over to the packing staff for counting and inspection. Finally, the shipping staff delivers the goods to the courier company and together with the courier checks them. After the courier signs the list to confirm, the goods are packed and handed over to the courier company for scanning and shipping. The shipping staff then brings the list back to the account manager for retention.

Special Note: As we are a wholesale website, each item is shipped quickly. We have real-time wholesale in physical stores, and it is difficult to update inventory in a timely manner. About the delivery time

After the customer places an order, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. If the delivery date falls on a holiday and the courier is on vacation, the shipping time will be postponed. Once the actual shipment is made, the shipment will be declared. If the receiving city is different, the receipt of the goods will also be different. Generally, it takes 3 to 7 days to receive the goods after the actual shipment (some remote counties often need to pass through many transfer stations to reach, which may take 5 to 7 days). We cannot guarantee that the product will definitely arrive at the buyer's hands within a few days after shipping because we cannot control the efficiency of the carrier courier company (or post office) and we cannot understand the quality and attitude of the courier in your area.
