About delivery:
Spot goods: After the buyer places an order for payment, we will deliver the goods within 24 hours (1 day). Basically, those who place an order for payment before 1 pm will deliver the goods on the same day. (Except Sunday) If you are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or Wangwang. When shipping, there is a special distribution personnel to check the invoice and the goods. After checking the goods correctly, sign the invoice and box them with the goods. The supplier starts from mixed batch supported for more than 1 piece.
Customized:(1) payment method: 30 percent deposit in advance (full payment must be paid before shipment)
(2) about delivery cycle: Customized products need to be ordered for production. The production cycle is 10 working days and the delivery cycle is 20 working days. Please do not urge delivery ~ ~
ExPRESS Logistics: our default Express is YTO, Yunda, Huitong, etc. For other express delivery, please contact online customer service. If the express delivery is not available or the goods are in urgent need, please contact Customer Service to change the delivery to SF and postal express. For large goods, please contact the customer service to explain the address of the logistics company near you and the name of the shipping station. So that you can mention the goods in a short time and near place. Solemnly declare that express delivery and logistics are not what we can control. Please do not use the dissatisfaction of express delivery and logistics service attitude and arrival time as the basis for our evaluation, thank you!
For payment, the buyer first chooses the payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, and Alipay guarantees the payment; When the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, then Alipay will make payment to the supplier. If the product is not received within the time limit or does not meet the requirements, the buyer can apply for a refund to protect his rights and interests.
About Signing: please be sure to sign for the goods when they are delivered. If family members, friends, doormen, etc. sign for the goods, they will be deemed to have signed for themselves. Please be sure to open and check on the spot and sign for it. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim or refuse to sign for them.
About after-sales service: if there is any quality problem within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us in time. We will give a reply to the replacement and accept it within the time limit. If there is no problem with the quality, do not return or exchange, just because you don't like it, it is too different from the picture, not satisfying, dissatisfied or not as good as expected, the products purchased by the buyer are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. However, if the product has objective quality problems such as rust and paint shedding, it will be returned.
