Shipping and Handling Instructions
We support express delivery and freight logistics.

Express shipping: for small orders, you can simply click to purchase, and the Alibaba system will automatically calculate the express shipping fee, with the standard charges displayed automatically. If you have a specific courier company in mind, please contact our customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will choose the default courier company to ship the goods.

Cargo Logistics: If your goods are quite heavy (over 15 kilograms, or from non-Yangtze River Delta regions), we strongly recommend using cargo logistics to reduce transportation costs. The time it takes to receive your goods from logistics and courier services is similar. After the goods are dispatched and delivered, the forwarding department will call you to pick up your goods at a designated cargo point. Generally, you need to pick up your goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
Yiwu logistics directly connects to most cities across the country, with the exception of some prefecture-level cities that require a transfer. Once the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you to inform you to pick up the goods yourself. We would like to make a special note here. The service quality of Yiwu logistics companies varies, and we hope that everyone will contact a logistics company before placing an order. You can find a logistics company by yourself, or you can call 114 to find a logistics point from Yiwu to your local area. Find the nearest one to you, and then tell us the logistics phone number in Yiwu. We will help you deliver the goods to your service point.
