Proofing:

1. The client provides the design pattern and product dimensions. (The pattern can be in JPG or AI format)

2. Based on the client’s requirements, calculate the price for the bulk sample and confirm it with the client.

3. Sample production time: After confirming all details, samples will be shipped to the customer for approval within 3–5 days.

4. Mockup costs: Standard mockups cost 300–500 yuan.

Large-order process:

1. The company is preparing a formal contract to sign with the client.

2. After receiving a 30% advance payment from the customer, the contract becomes effective, and mass production begins.

3. The bulk production is completed. After the customer’s acceptance, 70% of the remaining balance will be paid.

4. Ship the goods using the transportation method specified by the customer.

Logistics:

Our company has long-term cooperation with SF Express, and all samples are delivered by them to ensure they reach customers quickly and safely.

For the transportation of large quantities of goods, either through a long-term cooperative logistics provider with our company or via a logistics company designated by the customer, can be arranged to ensure the safe delivery of the customer's goods.

After-sales Service:

Our company has a robust logistics distribution system, providing timely delivery services. The costs are low, the speed is fast, the service is safe and reliable, and the management is standardized. After receiving an order, our factory promptly schedules the warehouse to pack the items and deliver them directly to the logistics transportation points. We also track all shipped goods during transit and provide after-sales service to ensure they reach the customers' hands smoothly.

When the goods arrive, the customer must carefully inspect the items received. If any damage or loss is discovered, please report it immediately to the local delivery personnel. After confirmation by the local logistics station, contact us to provide details and present the supporting document from the local logistics station. We will promptly communicate with the logistics department to make up for the missing quantity and cover the associated costs. If the damage or loss is caused by force majeure or the fault of the recipient, we will not handle it.

Product update and shortage resolution:

Unless custom manufacturing based on your design drafts is required, we can provide products at any time, with unified quality control and after-sales service. Additionally, we regularly analyze sales performance based on order volumes to ensure stable supply.

The factory produces a large volume of goods daily. If a specific product is out of stock and the customer has already placed an order, we will try to negotiate with the customer to exchange for another variety of goods. If the customer refuses the exchange, we will refund the payment.
