Precautions for use of steel wire rope clip: it cannot be used for a long time. It should be checked regularly and discarded regularly. It cannot be used repeatedly.
(1) the size of the Chuck should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope. The inner net distance of U-Bent should be 1~3mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope, and the net distance is too large to clamp the rope tightly.
(2) when using, tighten the U-shaped bolt until the wire rope is crushed about 1/3. Because the wire rope is deformed after being stressed, the rope should be tightened for the second time after being stressed to ensure the reliability of the joint. If you need to check whether the rope card slides after the steel wire rope is stressed, you can take an additional one.
Safety rope card to proceed. The safety rope Ka'an is installed about 500mm away from the last rope card. Release a safety bend of rope head and then clamp it with the main rope. If the clip slides, the safety bend will be straightened, easy to find and reinforce in time.
(3) the arrangement spacing between the rope cards is generally about 6~7 times of the diameter of the wire rope. The rope cards should be arranged in a smooth way. The U-shaped ring part should be stuck on one side of rope head, the pressure plate is placed on one side of the main rope.
(4) correct arrangement quantity and method:
The number of rope cards is generally not less than 3-5. The spacing between rope cards should be more than 6 times of the wire rope longitude. The number of clips whose spacing between the last clip is more than or equal to rope head depends on the diameter of the wire rope,
Set 3 ≤ 10mm,
10-20mm set 4,
21-26mm set 5,
Set 6 for 25-36mm,
Set 7 36-40mm.
(5) wire rope cards should be used together. When the diameter of the rope is less than 10mm, the rope cards should not be less than 3, and should not be less than 4 when 10-20mm. The arrangement spacing between the rope cards is generally about 6 to 8 times the diameter of the wire rope. The rope cards should be arranged in a smooth way. U-shackle parts should be stuck on one side of the rope head and the pressure plate should be placed on one side of the main rope.
Steel wire rope clip after installation, the load should be checked for looseness for one or two times. Generally, the nut needs to be further tightened.
(6) pay attention to the following two points when using:
a) the size of the clip should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope, the inside of the U-Shackle
clear distance, it should be 1-3mm larger than the diameter of wire rope, and it is not suitable for clearance distance to be too large
card tight rope, prone to accidents. B) when putting on the Chuck, be sure to tighten the bolt until the rope is squashed with a diameter of 1/3-1/4. After the rope is stressed, tighten the bolt again, to ensure that the joint is firm and reliable. c) The Chuck should be arranged smoothly. The U-shaped part is in contact with rope head and cannot be in contact with the main rope, as shown in Figure a. If the U-shaped part is in contact with the main rope, the main rope will break easily after being crushed.
d) in order to check whether the joint is reliable and find whether the wire rope slides, press another Chuck about 500mm behind the last Chuck and release the rope head with a "safety Bend". As shown in Figure B. In this way, when the wire rope of the joint slides. The "safety bend" was straightened first, and measures should be taken immediately.
