Application Scope
hand hoist is mainly applicable to factories, mines, construction sites, docks, docks, warehouses and other places, and is used to install machines and lift goods, especially for open-air and power-free operations.
Operation method
1. It is strictly prohibited to use it with oblique pull overload.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use other power operations other than manpower.
3. Before use, make sure that the parts are intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly. The lifting chain should be hung vertically without wrong twisting chain ring. The lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hands chain, so that the hand chain wheel can rotate clockwise to make the heavy object rise; Reverse pulling the hands chain, the heavy object can slowly fall.
6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly prohibited from doing any work or walking action under the heavy objects to avoid major accidents.
7. During the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, when pulling bracelet, the force should be even and slow, and do not force too hard to avoid bracelet beating or snap ring.
8. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, he should stop using it immediately. Prevent damage to internal structures and prevent falling accidents.
9. After the heavy objects are safely and stably landed, remove the pull hoist and lower the hook.
10. After use, take it lightly, put it in a dry and ventilated place, apply lubricating oil and put it away.
Maintenance method
1. After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with rust-proof grease, and stored in a dry place to prevent the hand-pulled gourd from being damp, rust and corrosion.
2. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism, cleaning the hoist parts with kerosene, and adding butter lubrication to the gear and bearing parts to prevent those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine from being disassembled at will.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, no-load test should be carried out to confirm that the hoist works normally and the brake is reliable before it can be delivered for use.
4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and heavy objects falling.
5. Left and right bearing of lifting sprocket of hand hoist roller, butter can be adhered to the inner ring of the bearing that has been pressed on the shaft neck of the lifting sprocket, and then put into the outer ring of the bearing of the wallboard.
6. When installing the brake device part of the hand chain hoist, pay attention to the good engagement between the ratchet tooth groove and the pawl claw, and the control of the spring to the pawl should be flexible and reliable. After installing the hand chain wheel, rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise, then turn the ratchet wheel, the friction plate is pressed on the brake seat, and the hand sprocket is rotated counterclockwise. There should be a gap between the ratchet wheel and the friction plate.
7. For the convenience of maintenance and disassembly, one of the bracelet sections is tied with open chain (welding is not allowed).
8. In the process of refueling and using the hand hoist, the friction surface of the braking device must be kept clean, and the braking property must be checked frequently to prevent heavy objects from falling down due to braking failure.
