1: Product Quality Issues: Most of our products are tested and approved before they are placed in the warehouse. When we ship them again, we will conduct a random inspection to ensure that the appearance and packaging are intact before shipping. We strive to minimize the return rate of our products, but please note that no product, even if it is sold individually, is perfect. It is even more so for bulk orders. Therefore, it is normal to have some individual returns.
2: Product Return: If a product has quality issues and is not due to misuse, the buyer can return the defective products in bulk once they reach a certain quantity, and then exchange them for new products. The new products can be sent back with the next order. (The factory is not responsible for the return shipping costs, and the customer must pay for them.)
3: Return and Exchange Issues:

(2) If a product from a mixed batch suffers from serious quality problems and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the time exceeds the stipulated period, the return will not be allowed. (3) If the product itself has no quality issues, it is caused by human damage, the packaging is damaged, or it is beyond the warranty period, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.
