3. About Transportation
Heavy goods - default shipping by logistics, freight collect, you need to pick up the goods at the freight department yourself. If you have a familiar logistics, you can provide the contact information of the Yiwu freight department, and we will contact the specified logistics you. If there is a unloading point, we can ship to the designated point as you request.
Light goods - default shipping with Yunda Express. Please do not make the payment immediately after purchase. Our store (Ku Yin Mechanical Equipment Factory) will modify the shipping fee after receiving your address and weight.

1. About shipping
Most of our products (KuYin Machinery Equipment Factory) are in stock, but they need to be packed according to the order. We will pack them in the order of payment. If there are no stocks, we will determine the delivery date with you through Alibaba Messenger. The goods will arrive within 2-7 working days after shipping. The specific arrival time will be determined by the actual delivery. For remote areas, it may be delayed a few days.
2. Tracking Information
After the shipment, we will update the tracking number at 10 PM. For logistics other than large logistics, online information tracking is not supported, and you need to call to check. Express delivery can be tracked on the Yunda official website. During this period, please note to keep your phone open, so that the goods can reach you in time.
3. About Receiving
Please check the outer boxes of the logistics goods at the freight department to ensure they are intact. If there are signs of opening or damage, please count the goods on the spot and contact our store if there are any problems. For courier goods, please count the goods in front of the courier and check if the outer box is intact and not tampered with. If there are any issues, please contact our store immediately.
3/ After-sales Notice
1. About returns and exchanges
The product does have its own defects. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue appropriately. Ceramic cups are excluded due to grade reasons and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If there are quality issues with the product and you require a return (non-man-made damage), after verification with our after-sales staff, we (KuYin Machinery Factory) will provide a unconditional exchange or return. If the damage is due to the transportation process, our factory will only negotiate with the logistics and will not make any compensation. (Please check the goods upon receipt to ensure there is no damage from the transportation process).
(1) The application should be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, and any late submissions will not be accepted.
(2) For products that require a return or exchange, they must be returned before use, and they must not affect the resale of the product.
(3) Products that have been used or printed cannot be returned for exchange.
