Regarding customization
1: We offer custom manufacturing based on drawings or samples, labeling, and production. For all customized products, please provide us with the dimensions, material, surface painting or coating, and whether a logo will be engraved.
2: Regarding sample production: Once the dimensions and design are finalized, the sample production process typically takes about 3 to 10 days. The specific cost can be discussed clearly with us. Returns are not accepted for custom products produced via sample.
3: Wood: Our factory uses naturally grown wood for processing, with a majority being imported wood. If the wood has color variations or deviates from its natural characteristics, please contact us, and we will provide you with detailed information regarding the selection of wood and its properties.
5: Customized logo: UV printing (can be printed in multiple colors.), Screen printing (monochrome printing), Laser printing (laser engraving; creates a recessed effect. If the engraving is unclear due to wood properties, it is not considered a quality issue.), Hot stamping (can apply various monochrome logos).
6: When receiving the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not, the customer must open the box for inspection. If the product is damaged due to transportation issues, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certificate stamped with the official seal, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.

7: According to the requirements of the Advertising Law, chemical and functional terms cannot be used.
