About Customization
1: We can customize according to the drawings or samples, and produce with labeling. Please confirm the dimensions, materials, surface spray painting or oiling, and whether to carve the logo for all customized products.
2: About the sample: Once the dimensions and styles of the sample are determined, the sample time is generally about 310 days. The specific cost can be communicated with us clearly. Customized products from the sample are not supported for return.
3: Wood: Our factory selects natural growing wood for processing, with more imported wood. Wood color differences or knot natural characteristics of wood. Please communicate with us in detail, and we will inform you in detail about the wood selection and wood characteristics.
5: Custom logo: UV printing (can print in multiple colors.) Silkscreen (single-color printing) Laser engraving (engraving with a concave feeling, due to the individual wood reasons, the engraving is not clear. This is caused by the wood, not a quality problem.) Hot stamping (can hot stamp multiple single-color logos)
6: Customers should communicate with us in detail when receiving the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged.All packages need to be inspected upon opening. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please obtain a stamped proof from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
7: In accordance with the requirements of the Advertising Law, terms of use and functional words cannot be used. Our store fully supports the Advertising Law, but in order not to affect consumers' normal purchase, we are actively investigating.
