1. Within three days of receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact customer service in a timely manner. We will not accept complaints after the deadline. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box). Please return by regular mail through the post office or choose another method at your own discretion. Before returning the goods, please communicate with the customer service and cooperate with the list of items in the box to indicate: customer's name, product name, quantity, goods amount, specific reasons for product quality, and the request for refund or exchange. 3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs. Before shipping, we can send samples for confirmation. After confirming the samples, we will ship the goods. If there is a mismatch in color or style after the shipment, we will not provide a refund or exchange. The return rate for different products varies, and it is determined according to the actual situation of the different products!
4. Please contact our customer service after returning the goods. Once we receive them, we will exchange the goods or refund the money according to the situation. For products that have no quality problems after inspection, we will return the original goods to the customer. For the situation of sending non-company products to our company, we reserve the right to not process the return and exchange directly and return the goods to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.
