1: Regarding the number of batches, all products can be priced according to the above batch quantities; there are no restrictions on the amount, and mixed batches are supported.

2: If the customer service does not respond promptly, please leave a message. We will reply as soon as we receive the message.

3: Products that do not support online ordering or inquiry are currently out of stock. If you need them, please contact us, and we will arrange production as soon as possible.

4: Regarding style and color issues, we will try our best to prepare them according to your requirements, but some may be missing. We hope you can be understanding, and we will make up for it during the next restock.

5: Regarding shipping: The delivery is collected uniformly at 17:00 in the afternoon. Orders placed that day are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Solution for returns and exchanges:

Since it is wholesale, with large quantities being shipped, it is impossible to use a magnifying glass for every product to check for minor defects. Potential issues may include wrong products sent, quality problems, damaged packaging, damage from shipping, or minor defects in the products. Please contact customer service promptly if any problems occur. (Be cautious as perfectionists)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than quality issues (such as damage). Online sales are not comparable to physical sales (due to high shipping costs and labor expenses), so returns or exchanges are not allowed.

Please check out the styles, and place your order for the product that matches you and reflects your feelings.

Regarding the work:

All products in this store are handmade, so minor defects such as printing errors may occur. These issues are not considered quality problems. Please avoid submitting items with perfectionism!
