Correct Usage of the Forceps Pump

1. Warm the pressure filter pot and coffee cup with hot water;

2. Remove the filter press group from the filter press pot, drain the water from the pot, and add 15–20 grams of coffee powder into the pot;

3. Place the pressure filter pot at an angle of 45 degrees, slowly pour in 200 ml of hot water at around 95 degrees, and let it stand for 3–4 minutes;

4. Use bamboo sticks to stir the coffee powder, allowing the coffee fat mixed in to float to the top;

5. Put on the filter press unit, press it gently all the way down, then pour the coffee into a warmed coffee cup!
