[Shipping instructions]: in order to meet small retail sellers, the batch requirements of our store are very low. Starting from one spot product, you can mix and batch, and choose any style.

[Delivery time]: because it takes time to prepare the goods, arrange to deliver the goods within 72 hours after payment. If you are in urgent need, please contact Customer Service for consultation.

[Logistics timeliness]: the arrival time of the goods after delivery is subject to the actual transport time of the freight company. Because the logistics company is not within our control, our company will not guarantee the timeliness. If you need to arrive, please carefully choose the freight method. The company will not accept the refund due to the arrival time.
[Payment method]: Alipay secured transactions are recommended. Bank remittance, WeChat transfer, etc.

[Seven-day replacement]: Our company has joined Alibaba buyer protection activities. If the bag has not been used, the packaging is intact, and there is no damage, we can change the color within 7 days, the customer is responsible for the freight. (Customized products will not be returned or exchanged for non-quality problems).
[Return regulations]: returns are not accepted for non-quality problems. If the goods have quality problems or belong to our wrong delivery, we will exchange the goods for you free of charge (the postage will be paid according to your postage Standard charged by US). If the goods are returned directly, you can only return the payment, and the postage is not responsible ~ you cannot accept the return on arrival.

[Quality problem]: you can apply for a return or exchange within 3 days after receiving the goods. (calculated from the date of receipt) expiration will not be accepted! The returned goods must be brand new and unused, cannot be washed, and cannot be damaged manually. The packaging and original accessories must be kept intact and returned in the original seal. Express delivery is not accepted. Otherwise, it will not be handled!

Definition of quality problems:
1: The fabric has obvious holes.
2: the left and right are obviously asymmetric (except for style reasons). If there is obvious size, length, etc.
3: There are obvious stains and dyeing (subject to the diameter of 1cm).

The following conditions do not belong to the scope of quality problem replacement:
1: odor problem. (The new bags will have some flavor, which also proves that the bags are new, just air and dry them.)
2: It does not affect the normal use of thread ends or slight threads, pressing lines, etc.
3: the slight dirt on the light color fabric (may be worn during the production and sales process).
4: fabric quality or transparency, etc. (Personal feelings and expectations cannot have a standard and definition, please understand!)
5: a large number of manufacturing printing, individual smudges, uneven printing patterns, is a normal phenomenon, do not deal with quality problems.

6: for bags with edge oil, the Edge Oil part is uneven, and printing and dyeing (erasability) does not deal with quality problems.
