2. Crystal lamps are relatively heavy, and they are installed by default on cement ceilings. If the lighting location is not the original cement ceiling, such as with a ceiling or other special designs, you need to consult with the decorator to see if it can be installed and contact the online customer service to confirm whether it can be installed. If you do not consult, the safety hazards that may occur after the ceiling installation, the factory will not be responsible for any hazards, and the customer will bear the responsibility. 【About returns and exchanges】
This factory supports a seven-day return policy without any reason. To apply for a return or exchange, the product must not have been used, installed, or affect the resale.
