Supply Problem

Before shipping, there will be a dedicated shipping department to conduct strict inspections, and there should be no quality problems. If there are indeed problems that affect use, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt, and provide the corresponding information.

Regarding the picture evidence, we will resolve the issue for you appropriately. The shipping fee will be borne by us. Due to the different requirements of each customer, it is impossible to meet everyone's expectations. If you have any questions, please communicate with us as much as possible.

About after-sales service

Unless due to quality issues, we do not accept returns. Quality issues include but are not limited to: damage, dirt, etc., and serious quality problems that are obvious and uncontested.

Non-quality issues such as: stains, slight traces, imperfections caused by human, color differences caused by computer display (different displays will have different colors), dislikes, not as expected, poor hand feel, etc., are not considered quality issues based on the buyer's subjective judgment.
