Maintenance and cleaning methods:
1. First, add white vinegar to hot water. There should be enough white vinegar; it is recommended that the ratio with hot water is 1:2.
2. Place the dirty brush directly inside, rotate it along the container wall or bottom, or gently rub the bristles with your fingers, which helps dissolve any remaining cosmetics on the brush quickly.
3. Then soak the brush tool in it for about 20 minutes.
4. Finally, rinse with clean water, and then use a towel to absorb all the moisture.
5. Finally, let it dry naturally, and you will find that the bristles become as clean and soft as new!
Note:
1. After washing, make sure to dry in the shade. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or use a hair dryer to dry it, as this will damage the bristles prematurely.
2. When not in use, store the makeup brush in a dry place, and do not keep it in the bathroom.

Postscript: A good eye makeup effect has soft edges. There is no clear boundary between the area where the eyeshadow is applied and the unapplied area. The seller does not cover any shipping expenses!
2) Delivery Information:Please provide the delivery address and the name of the recipient, along with their phone number—especially the phone number—and ensure it is accessible! If the address is changed due to the buyer's reasons after the goods are shipped, and transit or return of the items is required, the shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer!
3) On-site inspection:Please count the items when receiving the goods, especially in the presence of the delivery driver! If any items are missing, contact us immediately! Never come to us after signing for the package to report what was not received. Issues arising after signing are to be borne by the recipient! (Signatures can be done by the security guard; if someone else signs on behalf of the person, it still counts as a signed receipt)
4) Delivery Timeline:Our store uses Shentong, Huitong, and Yuantong for random shipments, while SF Express is used for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan customers by default. If the default courier service doesn’t deliver, you can contact customer service. The issue of delivery speed has also been a concern for us. If you need urgent items or are not patient with delays, please be cautious when placing orders, especially when selling to third-party customers. It is essential to discuss the delivery timeline with the client’s manager in advance so we can place the order early to avoid losses due to delayed shipping. Sometimes weather conditions can affect delivery speed. Don’t keep asking us when it will arrive; we can help expedite the delivery, but we have no control over the courier service. Don’t blame us for delivery speed or the attitude of individual couriers! We do not accept after-sales issues caused by refusal to receive deliveries or delays from third-party logistics providers. Any losses due to third-party logistics services should be resolved directly between you and the relevant parties!
5) No acceptance of mediocre or negative reviews:Hey, if you still have any questions after reading the above, feel free to contact us directly! We do not accept reviews arising from issues such as: no gifts provided, slow shipping, poor service from the courier, or items not being as good as expected. Or complaints like products breaking during transit but you don’t fix it.
6) Color difference issue:Due to the process of display, photography, and graphic creation, there may be slight color variations in the product! The colors shall be based on the actual item!
7) Product batch issue:Each batch of makeup brushes may vary slightly, and there might be some differences from actual photos. For customers with high product requirements, please consult customer service, using the final goods of that batch as the standard. We do not accept any after-sales issues due to partial differences between the product and the images!
8) Special note on returns: For iron box makeup brushes, due to packaging issues, damage may occur during transportation. They cannot be returned under any circumstances.
