1. If there are any quality issues with the goods, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If you discover any quality problems, you must submit photos of the quality issues within 3 days of receipt (any delays will not be accepted). Please provide us with your order number, and the photos should be named with the product number. We will review the case within one working day after confirmation. Once the review is confirmed, we will accept the return or exchange. We will cover the standard shipping fee for the return (which will be credited to your prepaid account upon receipt of the returned goods), but we do not accept payment on delivery for express delivery. After the return is received and confirmed, the replacement goods will be sent out in the next order, or the money will be returned to your prepaid account.

2. For goods with quality issues that have not passed the review, we will reject all returns and handle them accordingly. The customer is responsible for all postage costs for the returned parcel. Only if the parcel contains only confirmed quality issue goods will we cover the return shipping costs. For example, if you return 3 items, A and B are confirmed quality issue goods, but C is a return for no reason or unconfirmed quality issues, then the customer still needs to bear the return postage.

3. Batch-customized products can only be exchanged or returned when quality issues arise; we do not accept returns or exchanges without reason.
