【4_001 Instant Glue Usage Instructions】

● Use dry cotton cloth or sandpaper to remove dust, oil, rust, and other residues from the bonding surface, then wipe with solvents such as acetone or trichloroethylene to clean the bonding surface.

● Open the front cap to use; if there is glue at the bottle mouth, first wipe it clean with a soft cloth, then put on the needle or PE pipette before use, which helps control the glue flow and ensures proper performance.

● Drop a small drop of adhesive onto the surface to be bonded immediately, and keep it in this state until it hardens. The hardening time ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes. Practical strength can be achieved in about 30 minutes, and the maximum strength is reached after 24 hours.

● After use, clean the bottle mouth and tighten the cap.

● After use, please store the glue in a cool and dry place.

【4_001 Precautions for Instant Glue】

● Do not wear knitted gloves during use. The instant drying adhesive absorbed by the knitted material of the gloves will quickly undergo a polymerization reaction, generating high heat during this process, which can burn your hands. Therefore, please remember always not to wear knitted gloves.

● If the eye is accidentally touched, the cured glue can be hard and cause damage to the eyeball. Do not rub it with hands; immediately rinse with plenty of clean water or apply a warm towel for heat therapy to make the eyelid sweat and open naturally. Do not try to pull it open forcefully, and in severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. For skin contact, soak the area in warm soapy water, and use Yongsheng emulsifier or Yongsheng series detergent to remove the residue.

● The instant adhesive is irritating due to its volatilization; ensure good ventilation in the workplace when using large quantities.

● When there is a large leak, it can be solidified with water before being scraped off.
