The method of using 401 instant dry adhesive

● Use a dry cotton cloth or sandpaper to remove dust, oil, rust, etc. from the adhesive surface, and then wipe it with a cleaning agent such as acetone or trichloroethylene to clean the adhesive surface.

● Unscrew the front cover to use; if there is any glue at the bottle mouth, first wipe it clean with a cotton cloth, then attach a needle or PE dropper to use, which can control the flow of glue to ensure the effectiveness of the use.

Drizzle a small amount of adhesive on the surface to be bonded, immediately proceed with the adhesive, and maintain until the adhesive hardens. The hardening time varies from a few seconds to several minutes. About 30 minutes is needed to achieve practical strength, and the highest strength can be obtained after 24 hours.

● After use, clean the bottle opening and tighten the lid.

● After use, please store the glue in a cool and dry place.

【401 Instant Dry Adhesive: Precautions】

● Do not wear knitted gloves when using instant-dry adhesive. If the adhesive is absorbed by the knitted material, it will rapidly undergo a polymerization reaction, which generates high heat and can burn your hands. Please remember, do not wear knitted gloves when using instant-dry adhesive.

● If the eyes accidentally come into contact with it, as the hardened glue can injure the eye, do not rub it with your hands, and immediately rinse with a large amount of clean water or use a warm cloth to apply heat to make the eyelids sweat and naturally separate, do not forcefully pull them apart. In case of severe symptoms, seek emergency medical treatment immediately. For skin contact, soak in warm soapy water, and you can use Yongsheng emulsifier or Yongsheng series remover to remove it.

● Instant adhesive has volatile irritation, and it is recommended to maintain ventilation in the workplace when using in large quantities.

● When there is a large amount of leakage, it can be solidified with water and then scraped off.

● This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, shady, and dry place in sealed conditions.

● To extend the storage time, it can be refrigerated in the refrigerator.
