1. Return and exchange policy: Please read the return and exchange policy we publish on Alibaba carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary disputes. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service. Be sure to!!

2. Multi-color and diverse products are randomly distributed by default. The company will do its best to meet the product colors and styles specified by customers in the order notes. If the warehouse inventory does not have the required colors or styles for a specific order, we do not accept returns resulting from this.

3. We are a wholesale company. If you are purchasing for personal use (for example, when most items in your order are purchased in pairs), please take a different route! We cannot guarantee timely delivery to individual customers.

We support express delivery and trucking logistics.
Shipping by courier:Small orders can be purchased directly; Alibaba's system will automatically calculate the shipping fee, and the pricing criteria will be displayed automatically. If you have a specific shipping company in mind, please contact customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will use the default shipping company for delivery.
Transportation and Logistics:If your cargo is heavy (over 30 kilograms, or not from the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai region), we strongly recommend using road transportation to reduce shipping costs. For example, a 10-kilogram item shipped to Shenzhen typically incurs express delivery fees of 40–50 yuan, while road transport only requires 10–15 yuan. The delivery time for both logistics and express services is nearly the same. After the cargo arrives, the consignment department will call you to arrange pickup at the designated consignment point. Generally, you should pick up the goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
