It should be noted that none of the current domestic logistics and courier companies have achieved a 100% satisfaction rate yet. The logistics process after shipment involves multiple steps, and occasional issues (such as delayed delivery, poor service attitude from couriers, or damaged products) are beyond the store owner’s control. Customers who have high expectations should consider this before making a transaction. What we can promise is that once problems occur, we will do our best to resolve them and make up for the shortcomings in logistics services. We will not disappoint all buyers who support and trust our store, and we hope you can understand our limitations. Thank you again for your business! Thank you!
