How to choose the appropriate specifications:
1) Size: Matching glue dot sizes based on the object’s size;
2) Thickness: Determined by the weight of the object, the contact surface, or thickness and hardness; low-thickness materials are typically used for attaching flat substrates; medium and high-thickness materials are suitable for attaching circular and irregularly shaped substrates.
3) Viscosity: a) Based on the smoothness of the object surface; b) Laying flat or having uneven surfaces; c) The degree of “no residue” required when separating the two objects, or whether permanent adhesion is necessary.
Standard specification dimensions for removable adhesive dots:
1) Size: round, square, rectangular, or strip-shaped; the diameter of each grain ranges from 5 mm to 20 mm.
2) Thickness: ranging from 0.2mm to 2.0mm;
3) Viscosity: Low/Medium/High;
4) Packaging: Rolls / Sheets;

How to use the adhesive dot:

1. This product must not come into contact with oil or dust, as these can affect its adhesion and stickiness. The surface to be bonded must remain clean and dry; only after cleaning can it be bonded using adhesive dots.
2. During operation, avoid contact between fingers and the adhesive surface. You must place the object directly on the “adhesive point” surface and press gently, then move it onto another object to attach it. After pasting, apply pressure to ensure full contact between the adhesive surface and no air residue within the bonding area, thereby enhancing the adhesion effect.
3. Low-thickness versions are typically used for attaching flat substrates; medium and high-thickness versions are suitable for attaching circular and irregularly shaped substrates.
