3. All products in our store can be customized according to customer requirements. 1. Color difference in images:All the products in our store are photographed with actual items, and the colors are professionally checked to be as close as possible to the actual items. There may be differences due to personal understanding of colors and display screen color differences, which are normal phenomena and do not constitute color differences. The colors are subject to the actual items. For returns and exchanges based on color differences, we will not refund the shipping fees in any case.
2. Shipping time: Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM on weekdays are generally shipped the same day. Orders paid after 4:00 PM are shipped the next day. In the event of special circumstances, the shipping date will be postponed. Due to our company's rest day on Sundays, all orders will be shipped on Monday. For holidays, the specific shipping time will be announced on the store's homepage before the holiday.
3. Express delivery service:The default shipping method for our store is Yunda and Shenton Express. For Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, it is SF Express. For large quantities, we can send by logistics. We do not support leaving messages for express delivery. We will try to choose the express company that can arrive. If you need to send by other express, please communicate with the customer service first. If you need to send by SF Express urgently, please contact the customer service to make up the difference. For bulk orders, we can also send by ANN or Debon Logistics, but the buyer needs to pick up the goods at the logistics company. Please choose carefully. After the successful express collection, the speed of the logistics is not within our control. Please understand that we will not give negative feedback to us for logistics reasons.
4. Signing for the problem:Please open the package and inspect the goods before signing for them. Confirm that the quantity and condition of the goods are correct before signing. If the courier requires you to sign first before inspecting the goods, make sure to check the exterior of the package for any damage. Only after confirming that the packaging of the goods is intact should you sign. If there is any damage, refuse to accept the delivery. Do not give the courier the receipt after signing. Keep it for yourself and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier. Only after confirming that there are no problems with the goods should you give the courier the receipt. Otherwise, if there are any problems, the courier will not assume the loss.
5. Return and exchange issues:Our store supports a 7-day return policy without any reason. If the return is due to quality issues that are not our responsibility, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to quality issues or our responsibility, we will bear the return shipping costs. We do not accept payment on delivery, self-collection, SF Express, or postal parcels. For returns due to our responsibility, the buyer is requested to prepay the shipping costs. After receiving the return, we will refund the shipping costs through Alipay. For goods that have been used and affect secondary sales, we do not offer returns or exchanges, please understand!
