Buyer's Guide

1. General eyeglasses are individually packaged in an OPP bag/sealing bag, while children's eyeglasses are usually packaged in a box of 24 pairs (cardboard box), and other eyeglasses are usually packaged in a box of 12 pairs/16 pairs/20 pairs.

For detailed packaging details, please consult our customer service. Except for high-end sunglasses, anti-radiation glasses, and children's high-end polarized glasses, which will come with packaging (please refer to the product details for specific information), other products do not have packaging.

The item is not packaged. If the customer needs packaging, they can consult the customer service for additional charges.

2. Each product has a specified minimum order quantity, and products that support small-quantity wholesale can be mixed batch as long as the single order reaches 100 yuan or more, or the total order reaches 5 items or more.

Mix batch means that as long as the amount or quantity reaches the specified requirements, there is no limit to the quantity of a single item, and the colors and specifications can be freely selected.

3. Please try to understand the product as much as possible before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please ask on Alibaba Messenger or leave a message, or leave a message for the seller when you place the order, noting it.

4. After the seller has confirmed the purchase, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped as our default by YTO Express. For SF Express and same-day delivery, the payment will be required upon delivery. If you need other courier services, please contact the customer service to make up the difference. If there are any places that cannot be delivered, please contact the customer service. For large quantities, logistics can be used.

5. Our store's products are generally in stock and can be ordered immediately. In case of stockouts, we will contact you promptly. Please ask for details about sizes and colors before placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings due to incomplete or inaccurate communication. If there is any inconvenience, please understand!

6. All the goods in this store are photographed with actual items. Due to the impact of shooting conditions, lighting, etc., there may be slight color differences between the actual items and the photos. Color differences caused by display screen differences or camera exposure issues are to be determined by the actual color and luster of the goods.
7. Our store supports a 7-day return and exchange policy for products with quality issues. We offer free exchanges and refunds, and the return shipping fees will be borne by the seller.
Return or exchange for non-quality issues (provided that the product is brand new, unused, and unaffected for resale). The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
All exchanges or returns must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and the goods must be returned within 72 hours. Any overdue returns will not be processed.

8. When you receive the package, please do not sign the receipt immediately. Please open and inspect the goods in front of the courier to ensure that the goods are not damaged or missing. If there are any problems, please refuse to accept!

Please contact the shopkeeper (whose contact information is on the delivery slip) on the spot. Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity, content, and integrity of the goods. The shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company on behalf of the buyers!

9. The following situations do not allow returns and exchanges: Occasional small bubbles, scratches, minor imperfections, etc., which do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyeglass factories cannot avoid such problems. There is no perfect product 100%. Defects caused by human behavior, product color differences, slow logistics, poor service attitude of logistics companies. Problems judged by buyers subjectively (such as: I don't like it, it's different from what I imagined, it's different from others, the material does not meet the imagination, the feeling is not good, it looks low-grade, etc.). There is a difference in color between the color sent before and after, as the batch is different each time, it is difficult to ensure that the product color is exactly the same as the previous batch. Do not want to sell, not good to sell, not sold, caught by the city management, etc. cannot be sold.

10. When using glasses, handle them gently, wear and take them with both hands, and put them on in the order of left to right. When storing your glasses, do not let the convex side of the lenses touch hard objects. It is best to store them in the glasses case;

If the glasses get dirty, they should be wiped with a resin lens-specific cleaning cloth, as ordinary cloths with loose fibers can easily contain sand, causing damage to the lenses. It is also not recommended to use napkins to wipe, as they may leave lint or other residue.

Instead, first rinse the lenses with clean water, and then gently wipe them with a special lens cloth.
