① About the prototype
The product that needs to be sampled requires a sample fee to be paid first, and then our company will proceed with the production. If you place an order formally, half of the fee can be refunded. The sample time is generally 10 days.
② About the LOGO
Please provide a complete and clear electronic drawing of AI, the size of the size, and provide the international Pantone color number sample.
③ About Printing
Our company's products are mainly plastic products and can be produced with printing. For specific printing quantities or custom colors, please consult our customer service.

Shipping cost notice: Dear customers, bulk orders do not include shipping, and the shipping cost will be calculated separately. For specific shipping costs, please consult our customer service.

（1）Buyer is responsible for their own arrangements or we can help find a logistics company for you, but the shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility. (The fees of different logistics companies vary, and we will help you find a more favorable shipping price.)
(2) The goods delivery can be chosen to pick up at the local freight station or delivered to the door, and there will be a certain fee for door-to-door delivery.
Arrival Notice:
1. Check the goods upon receipt and inspect the box before signing.
2. If damage is found, the processing procedure is as follows:
① Take photos to preserve (outer box condition picture + product damage picture).
Refuse to sign, inquire about the freight station/courier's handling process.
Please inform us of the damaged photos and the situation.
Please note: when signing for the goods, make sure to inspect them before signing. If you sign without inspection, any damage discovered later will be at your own risk. Once you sign, it is considered an acceptance of the goods without any issues. The freight company or courier will not assume any responsibility, and we will not be able to help you maintain your rights. If the courier refuses to allow you to inspect the goods, please refuse to sign and contact us. We will negotiate with the freight company to help you file a complaint for your rights.
