Our products are wholesale only and are supplied to distributors. They are not available for retail sales. Please do not make direct purchases, as we will not ship the order if you do so.

After becoming a distributor of our company, you can place orders based on the minimum order quantity specified by the company or mix batching according to the mixed batching conditions.

The company follows the principle of low profit and high volume, and if you are interested in mixed batch with large quantities or whole pieces, please consult our customer service manager.

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit margin is low. All transactions with our company are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: either Alipay or bank transfer.

All products sent by our company are individually packaged, with additional outer packaging on top of the original packaging, which enhances the ability to withstand pressure. Despite our best efforts to protect the products, it is impossible to completely avoid potential issues that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, dents, and squeezes.

Our company has a basic amount of inventory for our products, but due to the high popularity of our toys, models, and the fact that we have a considerable amount of export and domestic sales orders, there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will make every effort to arrange early shipment. If there is inventory available, we will try to ship the same day, and for those without inventory, we will have the goods ready within three days. Please understand and forgive us! If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with our customer service.

Our company's default national express delivery is Yunda Express, Speedtel Express, and Lianhaotong Express. If the delivery cannot be made to the area, please contact the seller first. If you need other express delivery, please contact the customer service. The freight charge is based on the actual weight. After you make an order, please contact the customer service to modify the freight!

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, contact the shop owner in front of the courier, and after confirmation by myself, it can be returned. Once the signature is received, the store will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that occur after others sign, so please make sure to sign personally!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (recommend choosing logistics with insurance such as Dewang). However, we have an obligation to do our best to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will use double-layer packaging, adding cushioning, compact stacking, and other methods to avoid damage. Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm or refuse to accept.

Question 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, make sure to hold on to the delivery slip until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, give it back to the courier staff.
Problem 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.
Solution: Just write down the courier's phone number and name.

Subjective defects: Our products are of good quality and affordable, but some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, not of high-quality materials, and does not meet their expectations, etc. These issues do not fall under quality problems. It is inevitable that some customers may be dissatisfied with any product. Buyers who are too picky should avoid our store. Our images are taken from the actual products, and the product dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

Product Quality: All products sent by our company will undergo multiple inspections, including during production, after production, and before shipment. Only after passing the inspection will they be shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality.

Product images are taken from actual products, which can truly reflect the actual appearance of the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
