The payment has been made. When will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive them?

Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 0-48 hours after your payment is successful, based on the order payment sequence. The delivery time may vary due to distance, weather, and the operational procedures of different courier companies. Normally, for orders shipped to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, it usually takes 1-2 days. For Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it takes 2-3 days. For other regions, it takes 3-5 days, and for remote areas, it takes 4-7 days. For provincial logistics, it usually takes 3-7 days! If you have not received the item after the corresponding days, please contact our customer service. (If there are delays or loss of parcels due to peak online sales seasons, increased shipment volumes, or courier company warehouse issues, please understand. We will make appropriate arrangements.)

I don't have Alipay, is there any other way to complete the transaction?
We recommend using Alipay, which ensures both the security of the payment and convenience for future shopping. If you really find it inconvenient, we can also accept bank transfers.

What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?
If there are stock shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days, (product defects within 2% are considered normal). For other quality issues, please take photos of the goods after receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can contact us on Alipay to send images. If the value of the goods reaches 100 yuan, we will bear the return freight costs. For a small amount of goods that need to be exchanged, please bear the freight costs yourself. If there is a stock shortage, it has been noted on the list, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund. If you contact us after the goods are received more than 3 days or longer to explain the problem, we have the right to refuse to handle the situation according to the actual situation, to prevent the product from being damaged by personal reasons.
