04 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are dissatisfied or feel that it is not as good as they imagined, these subjective reasons are not acceptable for returns or exchanges.
