Question: Do you have any loose threads?
Answer: The fabric woven usually has some thread loosening, this one is woven with increased density, and it usually won't loosen if cut with a sharp pair of scissors. If there are a few threads, you can gently heat them with a lighter, and it will be fixed. If there are a lot of threads, you can consult the customer service for cutting. We have a hot cutting machine for cutting ribbons, and there will be an additional cutting fee!

Question: Is a roll of ribbon one continuous piece?
Answer: They are usually coiled into a roll with a single ribbon, but occasionally there will be joints in a roll because when the workers coil the ribbon, they cut away the defective parts with scissors and then use tape to stick them together. Therefore, there will be joints, but it is just an occasional occurrence, not all rolls have them. Dear fans, please be aware!
