About after-sales service and quality issues for returns and exchanges
1. Within 7 days after receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner. We will not accept any claims after this period. The defective product must be kept in its original, intact packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box). For returns of more than five kilograms, the return shipping cost will be borne by our company. Please return products weighing 5-10 kilograms using ordinary logistics, and the shipping cost will be borne by our company. We do not accept expensive logistics such as DEPAON, JIAJ, TIANDIHUAYU. If there is any violation, the shipping cost will be borne by yourself, and there will be no quality issues for returns or exchanges.

Before returning the product, please communicate with the after-sales customer service. Please cooperate in filling out the after-sales service form to ensure that your return can be handled in a timely manner.
3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns.

6. After-sales service is the most basic service of our company. We are willing to provide good after-sales service for everyone. At the same time, good after-sales service also needs the cooperation of customers. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging goods, and try to handle it in accordance with the above regulations of the company to avoid affecting your after-sales service. 7. About logistics, most provinces usually send goods by logistics. Yiwu logistics directly connects to the whole country, and it basically reaches cities at or above the municipal level. For county-level cities, it requires a transfer. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you, and you need to go to pick up the goods yourself. Here, we would like to make a special note. The service quality of Yiwu logistics companies varies, and we hope that everyone can contact a logistics company before placing an order. You can find it yourself, or you can call 114 to find the logistics point from Yiwu to your local area, and find a place closest to you. Then tell us the logistics phone number of Yiwu, and we will help you deliver to your service point.
