3. Buyers are required to personally receive the express delivery and open the package to check for any damage or mismatch. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to negotiate any special return or exchange situations. After confirmation, we will provide a return or exchange, and the cost of return express delivery will be borne by us.
