I have already paid. When will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive them?
Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 24-48 hours after your payment is successful, based on the order payment sequence. The delivery time may vary due to distance, weather, and the operational procedures of different courier companies. Normally, for orders shipped to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, it usually takes 1-2 days. For Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it takes 2-3 days. For other regions, it takes 3-5 days, and for remote areas, it takes 4-7 days. For provincial logistics, it usually takes 3-7 days! If you have not received the item after the corresponding days, please contact our customer service. (If there are delays or loss of parcels due to peak season for online sales, sudden increase in shipment volume, or courier company overflow, please understand. We will make appropriate arrangements.)
What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?
If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take photos of the goods upon receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can send us images through our Alipay. We will give you a satisfactory solution. If there are shortages, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund if the shortage is noted on the list.
I have received the goods, but I am not very satisfied with them. Is it possible to exchange or return them?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 7 days after receiving it. Please note that the product must not be used and the original packaging must be intact. The shipping fee is on your own.
The following circumstances are not refundable.
The product packaging is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or related documents are incomplete.

(3) When mixing batches, there may be missing shipments. If you find that the quantity of goods received is less than the ordered quantity, please contact us immediately. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. If the limit is exceeded, we will not process it. Please confirm.
We will promptly make up for the unpaid shipments.
(4) If there are no quality problems with the products received, they cannot be returned. We will bear the return freight costs for products with quality issues. For all exchange orders, you are responsible for the freight costs.
If there are any stock shortages, please note "Please notify me if there are stock shortages" in the order comments!
(6) Regarding express delivery, if there is no note, we will send the default express of our store. If it cannot be delivered, please contact the customer to send other express. If you need to send other express, you need to make up the difference.
1. The default delivery method for our store is Yunda Express and Hongkong Central Express. If it does not arrive, please contact the customer.
2. The system will automatically calculate the courier fee based on your address and the weight of your goods. You can see it after you submit your order.
3. If you have specified the logistics, please note the logistics company's pick-up address and phone number in Yiwu when placing the order. If there is no specified logistics, we will arrange it for you.Logistics, but cannot guarantee that the pickup point is very close.

4. After payment, the goods will be shipped within 72 hours.
