Instructions for custom-made towels with logo embroidery and printing
(1) Regarding returns: After placing the order, custom towels will not be accepted for return unless there is any quality issue.



(2) Shipping time: Shipping will be arranged according to the agreed timeline from the date of receiving the customer's deposit (the specific time can be determined based on factory production conditions).



(3) Deposit payment: For custom towels, a 30% deposit must be paid first, or the full amount can be paid directly in Taobao via Alibaba.



(4) Minimum order quantity: For embroidered LOGO towels, the minimum order is 200 pieces; for quantities under 1000 pieces, whether an additional embroidery label fee is required will depend on the complexity of the text provided by the customer; if no embroidery label is needed, the minimum order is 100 pieces.



(5) Notes: During the towel production process, the actual number of towels may not exactly match the ordered quantity, with a typical deviation of around 20 pieces (depending on the order size).
