This commitment applies to all Lehu brand products.

1. Photoelectric Product Warranty Standards

7-day warranty period for exchange

The Leihu brand of optical and electrical products, from the date of sale, within 7 days (subject to the purchase date), under normal use, if there are quality problems with the product, the customer has the option to choose either a replacement for a new product or repair services. When requesting a replacement, the product should be a new model and specification of the returned product; if the product of the same model and specification is no longer in production, then the replacement should be a product of the same brand that is not lower in performance than the original product.

3-month free warranty

The Leihu brand of optical and electrical products, after the 7-day warranty period from the date of sale, if the product quality problem occurs under normal use, the customer will enjoy a 3-month free maintenance service from the Leihu brand. The warranty scope is limited to the Leihu brand flashlights themselves, excluding batteries, packaging, and accessories. During the 3-month free warranty period, the customer can send the free warranty products to our factory customer service department by themselves or through the freight company. The warranty work is generally completed within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the goods. After the warranty, the customer can pick up the product themselves or the customer service department of Yiwu Leihu Electronics will send the product by freight at the customer's expense. The freight risk and costs are borne by the customer.

Note: For products enjoying the warranty period of the Leohoo brand, customers must present a purchase document stamped by the dealer and a product warranty card as proof. If the customer is unable to provide these documents, the Leohoo brand's 3-month warranty service for the product will be waived.

II. Explanation of the Exemption of the Free Warranty Obligation for the Tiger Hunting Brand

Please note the following content: For product failures caused by the following reasons, Yiwu Lehu Electronic Factory will not bear the free warranty obligation of the Lehu brand:

· The appearance of the flashlight with scratches or damage is considered to be due to human damage and is not covered by the warranty;

· All flashlights that cannot be screwed onto the connector thread are considered to be damaged by human error and are not covered by the warranty.

· Product damage caused by transportation (please contact the insurance company or logistics company for resolution);

· Any damage to the product caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, expansion, or use of accessories not specified by our factory, or by abnormal use;

· damage or failure of the parts caused by the customer opening the parts without authorization;

· The product malfunction or component damage, burnout, etc. caused by using the product in an operating environment other than the specified power source;
