Product performance features
1. It is suitable for use between -196°C and 300°C. It has weather resistance and resistance to aging. In actual applications, even under high temperatures of 250°C, after continuous storage for 200 days, its strength does not decrease, and its weight also remains unchanged; under high temperatures of 350°C for 120 hours, the weight decreases by only about 0.6%; it can maintain its original flexibility at ultra-low temperatures of -180°C.
2. Non-adhesive: The surface is smooth and does not easily stick to any substances. It is easy to clean various oil stains, dirt marks, or other attachments that adhere to it; almost all adhesive materials such as paste, resin, and paint can be simply removed.
3. Resistant to chemical corrosion; can withstand corrosion from strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and various organic solvents.
4. Resistant to antibiotics and non-toxic. Resistant to almost all medicinal substances.
5. It has high insulation properties, UV protection, and anti-static characteristics.
6. Fire prevention and flame retardancy.
7. Easy to use and long service life.
The Teflon tape has a smooth surface and features excellent anti-adhesion properties, resistance to chemical corrosion, high temperature tolerance, and outstanding insulation capabilities. It is widely used in packaging, thermoplastics, composites, sealing heat sealing, electronics, and electrical industries. It can be applied for anti-adhesion, heat sealing, corrosion resistance, and insulation purposes, and can also be reused after repeated application. The Teflon tape with fabric reinforcement offers enhanced strength and can be used in applications such as roller mills and thermoplastic demolding processes. It can be reused multiple times and is easy to replace. It can be directly applied to various large flat surfaces and regular curved surfaces (such as rollers), and the application process is simple. This eliminates the limitations associated with spraying tetrafluoro materials, which require specialized equipment, unique processes, and the need to transport to specialized spraying factories for processing.
1. It has good heat resistance (can be used at temperatures above 260°C continuously), and can be used safely even on overheated heaters.
2. It has good anti-adhesion properties, and the “scum” from melted packaging film will not stick to the heater.
