Instructions for Purchase

1. Since the gas is quite special, products will not be shipped to the following remote areas:

Xinjiang, Tibet, Hainan, regions where conferences are held.

2. For orders related to returns, helium is a gas that cannot be seen or touched. Therefore, we have attached seals on the containers; containers with torn seals are not eligible for returns. Returns are not supported via cash on delivery or regular mail.

3. Regarding return shipping, since helium is a prohibited item, many couriers do not deliver it. Our business operates with a valid business license, and we only send packages when there is a record in the shipping system and long-term cooperation with the courier exists. If the local courier refuses to accept the return, we recommend not returning the item, otherwise the courier may seize it during transportation, and all fines will be borne by the buyer. Please be cautious if you are concerned about this!
